Important Product Information:
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors, dimensions, and details you see may vary depending on your device’s display. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Certain items have special handling requirements due to their nature:
- Advent Calendars cannot be returned once opened
- Animated Figures contain complex mechanisms requiring special care
- Lighting products may only be returned if defective upon arrival and with unopened packaging
4. Orders and Payment Terms
Order Process:
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send you a confirmation that the product has been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Pricing:
All prices are shown in US Dollars. While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please note the following shipping information:
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
International Customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by your local customs office.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love every decoration you choose. However, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order’s delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items:
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged if their packaging has been opened or compromised:
- Advent Calendars (once opened)
- Animated Figures (due to their complex mechanisms)
- Light Sets, Cascade Lights, Cluster Lights, Net Lights, and Novelty Lights (if packaging is opened or damaged)
- Any personalized or custom-made items
Electronics and lighting products may only be returned if they are defective upon arrival.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you. If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will swiftly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
