Are your lighting products energy-efficient?

Do you offer replacement parts for light sets or displays?

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to bring holiday magic to homes worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
How are fragile items packaged?
We take special care with all our products, especially delicate items like Lemax villages and figurines. We use reinforced boxes and protective materials to ensure your decorations arrive in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your holiday treasures on their journey to your home.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?

What if my item arrives damaged?
